EYES: 3mm Doll Eyes (use super glue).

Hook: Tmc 100 Dry size 18 - 24.
Thread: Uni 14/0 color Black.
Tail: White Antron Yarn.
Body: Brown Flash or Brown Metallic Thread (from Hobby
store).
Thorax: Peacock + Packing Foam or Fly Foam (white).

This Pattern i use the hole year for Sea Trout and Cod and other`s
saltwater species.
Hook: Tmc 5263 size 6.
Thread: Uni 6/0 color White.
Body: Antron Yarn color Cream.
Over/Under: Pearl Mylar Tube (painted with brown spots
all over the body).
Eyes: Bead Chain color Gold.
This pattern i tie with the same technique use for Little Trout
and Marabou Spezial (OVER / UNDER).

Here is a Nymph Pattern i use for Trout in Norway,
Hook: Tmc curved size 12.
Thread: Uni 6/0 color Black.
Body: New Dub Fine, dubbed copper wire, color Green.
Hackle: Brown Cdc feather.
Head: Gold Bead (medium).
I use this Pattern in early spring creeks.

HOOK: Tmc 300 size 4 - 6.
THREAD: Uni size 6/0 White.
TAIL: White Marabou + Silver flash + Black Marabou.
BODY: Pearl Mylar Tubing (medium).
OVER/UNDER: Pearl Mylar tubing. Take the mylar tub in over
the hook eye.
Widht of the mylar and lay it over and under the body. Cut off mylar
fibers with the tail and lock it.
EYES: 3mm Doll Eyes (use super glue).
You can paint it black / blue on the top (over) and white (under).
With this pattern you have 2 options when you are fishing, first
it floats and after it will sink under the surface when it get`s
water in the mylar tube.
I`m using the same technique when i tie it for freshwater : TROUT
SPEZIAL. (design Harold Larsen)
HOOK: The same.
THREAD: Uni 6/0 Olive.
TAIL: Olive Marabou.
BODY: The same.
OVER/UNDER: The same.
EYES: The same.
Paint the fly olive or green with black and red spot`s. Use waterproof
paint marker.
You can also weight these patterns, behind the hook eye.

The Tying is the same as the tying technique i use for Marabou
Spezial (OVER/UNDER).
The only change is the tail. This pattern has the Braided Mylar,
laying over as the tail.

BODY: Cdc feather color Dun. Make a loop with the tying thread
and take of cdc fibers and spinn it in the loop, use a twister.
Wrapp it around the hook shank, cut of cdc fibers.
HACKLE: Hen neck, color Grizzly, wrapp it around behind the
hook eye.

HOOK: Tmc 100 Dry size 12 - 16.
THREAD: Uni size 8/0 color Black.
BACK SHIELD: Fly foam color Black. Tie in the foam back
with the hook bend and lay it over to the hook eye. Let the
foam stick out in front and cut the foam like a V.
BODY: Black SLF Dubbing. Make a loop with the thread
and put slf dubbing in the loop and spinn it, use a twister.
Wrapp the dubbing around the hook shank, from the bend to the
hook eye. Cut off slf fiber under and take out some fiber on
each side of the body (legs).
PS. Tie in the back shield before you are making the body.

HOOK: Tmc 100 Dry size 12 - 16.
THREAD: Uni size 8/0 color Dark Brown.
BODY: SLF Dubbing Yellow + Dark Brown. Make a loop with the
tying thread, use a twister and spinn it . Wrapp it over the hook
shank from the bend to the hook eye. Cut off slf fibers on the top
and under. Take out fibers on each side off the body.

Hook: Tmc 300 size 4 - 6, 6x long.
Thread: Uni 6/0 White or Yellow.
Ribb: Silver oval tinsel (medium).
Body: Crochet Yarn color Rust.
Back: White Rabbit Strips.
Under Wing: Crystal flash (Color Pearl Blue).
Head : Yellow,(Yellow waterproof marker or yellow tying thread).
Eyes : Black spots on each side (Black waterproof marker).
This pattern i use in winter season for Sea Trout and Cod.

HOOK: Tmc 300 size 4 - 6, 6x long.
THREAD: Uni 6/0 White.
BODY: First tie in Chinchilla with the hook bend and wrapp
around silver tinsel. Then take Pearl Mylar Tubing and tie it
in over the hook eye. Go back with the thread to the bend. Take
the tubing and turn it inside out over the hook shank to the bend,
lock it there.Cut off mylar fibers Start to tie in the thread
behind the hook eye and take the chilla hair and lay it over to
the hook eye and lock it.
EYES: Black paint marker (waterproof).
Take super glue over the mylar tube,it will last longer and the
chilla hair will not get loose from the body.

HOOK: Tmc 100 Dry size 12 - 16.
THREAD: Uni size 8/0 color Olive.
TAIL: Harold`s Mayfly Body. or you can use (Hat elastic
band).
FLOAT STABILIZER: Fly Foam painted Olive (waterproof marker).
THORAX/LEGS: SLF Dubbing Color Olive Dun.
WING Poly Yarn Color White, Painted Olive (waterproof marker).
Tie in the tail on the middle of the hook shank.
Tie in fly foam, on the middle, cut it like a V, let the V point
back over the tail.
Make a loop with the tying thread, on the middle and put slf dubbing
in it and spinn it around, use a twister. Wrapp around to the hook
eye, have a little distance from the hook eye.
Tie in the wing behind the hook eye and take the foam, one on each
side of the wing forward and lock it with the hook eye. Let the
foam stick out a little bit from the hook eye.
Take out dubbing under the foam on each side, this shall be legs.
Cut of slf fibers under the body.
I`m also tie this pattern in colors : Brown - Black - White - Yellow.
