Flötgröt Härjedalens nationalrätt

6 dl grädde

1 dl vetemjöl

1/2 tsk salt

Koka grädden på svag värme c:a 5 min. Vispa ned mjölet försiktigt, litet i taget. Vispa gröten slät tills den släpper från kanterna. Salta Späd ev. med 1/2 dl vatten.

Serveras till kokt öring/Röding och kokt potatis
