Inget recept, men till eftermiddagskaffet sitter jag och äter en amerikansk cheese cake som är smaksatt

Ett bageri här i närheten har speicaliserat sig pa cheese cake och muffins, sa den är därifran. I sverige hade man förmodligen behövt utskänkningstillstand för denna, för konditorn har hällt i rejält med hojtarolja om man gar efter smaken.

Maste baka en själv i nära framtid, men vill inte ta min 15-ariga till det far nog köpa en 10-arig.
